About Infant Checkups
Q. | Do your clinics perform infant checkups like 3-month checkups and 6-month checkups in Japan? |
A. | In Malaysia, there is no system of infant checkups like in Japan, but we provide the same checkups for infants as in Japan. |
About Vaccinations
Q. | My children have received vaccinations in Japan until the middle of the course. Is it possible to have the same vaccinations in Malaysia? |
A. | The types of vaccines and doses differ slightly from country to country, but most of the vaccines can be given in our clinic. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the timing or the frequency of vaccinations. |
Q. | I would like to receive immunization vaccines that are recommended for my stay in Malaysia. |
A. | Some vaccines may require to place an order after reciving request. Please contact and infrom us which vaccine you would like to request. |
Q. | Do I need to make an appointment for vaccinations? And what is the price? |
A. | Appointment is required. Some vaccines have a short expires, thus vaccines will be ordered after an appointment has been made. Please contact us directly for the prices. |
About Medication Instructions
Q. | I would like to have a medication that I have received from other doctor, is it possible to have medicine only? |
A. | A doctor's consultation is required before prescribing a medication. Please let us know at the time of consultation if there is any medication you wish to receive. |
Q. | What else is written in the instructions besides usage and dosage? |
A. | The directions include information on the action and side effects. Also, the names of similar drugs in Japan are shown. |
Q. | What specific information is written in the instructions for the prescribed medication? |
A. | In addition to the dosage and directions for the prescribed medication, the drug's effects and features are also described. Side effects such as drowsiness and changes in urine color are also listed. Since the brand name of the medication may differ from country to country, we also list the name of the drug in Japan |
How to See a Doctor
Q. | Do I need to bring anything when visiting the clinic? |
A. | First time visitation Please bring along IC/Passport and either a copy of travel insurance policy or your insurance card. Second time onwards Please let our staffs know if you have any updates to your information such as IC/Passport, insurance policies, or change of address. |
Q. | Do I need an appointment? |
A. | Our clinic prioritizes appointments. In order to minimize the waiting time, please contact us before coming to the clinic. Even if you have an appointment, the order may change depending on the situation. Please take note of this in advance. |

About Payment
Q. | I would like to receive a consultation using my credit card's automatic medical insurance or the cashless service of my overseas travel insurance. |
A. | Yes, you can use these services. However, the coverage of the medical insurance attached to the credit card differs depending on terms and conditions, please contact the overseas call center of your credit card company to confirm about the cashless service at our hospital. |
About Medical Imaging Advice and Interpretation Service
Q. | I do not have the test results or CT/MRI image data. Can I receive the Medical Imaging Advisory ・ Interpretation Service? |
A. | When you receive examinations or medical checkups in Malaysia, the test results and CT/MRI images are given to you as personal information. In order to use this service, the image information is required. Please prepare it in advance. |
Q. | Is the service covered by insurance? |
A. | No. This service is available on a self-pay basis. |
Q. | Can I still receive the services even if my results are from a few years ago? |
A. | We recommend that the results be as recent as possible. If you need data such as blood or urine tests, we can also perform. |
